How to untwist a ferruginous nut or screw-bolt

If unscrewing a ferruginous nut is not succeeded, drip kerosene or well penetrable greasing WD-40 on visible part of screw-thread. Slightly knock on a nut with hammer. Wait a few minutes, while a liquid will get to the screw-thread and try again to untwist a nut. Attach a rag moistened by kerosene or WD-40 on more long time, for liquid getting stronger to the screw-thread.

If You can not untwist a nut, make attempt twirl it. It is freed often.

Take "minus" screwdriver with a metallic bar along all handle, attach the sharp end of screwdriver to the ferruginous nut for turning a nut at pattering a hammer on a screwdriver. It is an almost faultless method.

Accepting all precautionary measures, it is possible to warm a nut or screw-bolt. A nut will broaden. Stop getting cold a nut, otherwise it will pin a screw-thread.

As a prophylaxis, before twisting smear a screw-thread by solidol, graphite greasing or motor oil. Greasing will protect a screw-thread from corrosion for many years.
