Diet for feeding mums

Feeding mums cannot eat products having a sharp, spicy smell, because they spoil taste of milk. Salty, canned food, onions, garlic, spices, sausage products concern to such meal. It is necessary to refuse ice-cream, cream, pies with cream, greasy fish, honey, nuts, chocolate, coffee, cocoa.

Feeding women should not use alcoholic drinks and smoke.
