Exercises for eyes

People do not pay attention to pulsing pains and other unpleasant sensations in eyes when they engaged work, which requires a large attention of eyes. Especially it concerns to them, who spend the most part of time behind the computer. Probably in one week, probably in one month your eyes will declare about itself by bad sight, inability to see numbers of cars even from hundred meters, short-sightedness.

This problem has touched me also. I began to notice, that I become short-sighted, that the distant objects are washed away. To restore sight and to keep it for long years, I began to do gymnastics for eyes. You see the eyes are operated by eye muscles, and they strongly strain and begin to work incorrectly. The following exercises for eyes have helped me to improve sight within several days. It is better to do these exercises standing, that blood did not stand.

1. Having turned away from a working table or monitor, close eyes and 10 times strongly blink, but do not open eyes.

2. 10 - 20 times open and close eyes with the greatest speed, trying to open them maximum widely.

3. Useful exercise: close eyes and massage eyes and skin around of them by fingers by circular movements. Do it 30 seconds.

4. Rise to a window. Find the most remote object and 5 seconds look at it. Then 3 seconds look at nose. Then again 5 seconds look at the most distant object and 3 seconds to themselves between eyebrowes. Do this exercise about one minute.

5. Close eyes and allocate pupils in the left bottom corner. Further in the right top corner, then in the left top corner, then in the right bottom corner. Do this exercise approximately 30 seconds.

6. Do not open eyes, drive by pupils on a circle, trying to capture maximal places. Twist by pupils 5 times in one side, 5 times in another.

7. Again 30 seconds massage eyes by fingers.

8. Make circular rotations of a head till 5 times in the different sides to weaken muscles of a neck.

9. Sitting with closed eyes, make 3 slow deep breaths - exhalations.

Remember: it is necessary to do exercises for eyes not less than once in one hour. The whole listed exercises for eyes borrow no more than 5 minutes. Do not pity 5 minutes each hour for improvement of sight. From time to time necessarily come off the monitor and look at subjects in room or in window.
