Gums bleed

If blood from gums appears at a toothbrushing, probably you have gingivitis. This illness arises at an inflammation. Diseases of teeth and gums often have hereditary character. But they will not be shown very long at good caring.

To get rid of gingivitis it is possible, rinsing a mouth broth with bark of an oak, a sage, an eucalyptus. Use pastes with the maintenance of these grasses or coniferous plants if you are afraid that teeth will turn yellow from using of broths of grasses. They possess tannic properties, destroy bacteria and stop gums bleeding.

Try to clean teeth after each eating and obligatory before a dream! Very much rinse mouth with water if there is no possibility of high-grade cleaning. Massage gums at cleaning with a tooth-brush. It will increase blood circulation and will strengthen them. Take vitamins.
