5. If to put in a saucepan a piece of sugar or spoon of sugar sand, milk will not burn through.

6. If to shake up milk at boiling, it will not burn through and will not "escape".

7. Put frozen or cold milk at first on weak fire.

8. Milk well absorbs all smells, therefore it is necessary always to close utensils.

9. Storage time of dairy products in a refrigerator (5 - 6 degrees C):

  • butter - 14 - 20 days;
  • cheese - 7 - 10 days;
  • cottage cheese - 3 days;
  • sour cream, kefir - 3 days.

10. Dairy products are desirable for storing in enameled or glasswares.
